The entire place was Filthy! Drive past this place as fast as your car will go. It was so dirty, my wife slept in the truck. I was able to move the sheets around to find a clean spot, otherwise we would have left and not stayed at all. The light did not work either. No Ice, No anything except bugs and stains. I will never even look their direction again, much less give them money for a nights stay in the worst motel between Mexico and Canada!

Room was clean, the staff is excellent and so accommodating and helpful!!! Parking was great and you could see the deer at night at the back of the parking lot which is a nice thing for me. The room had air conditioning and two refrigerators and was very spacious.

The room was discustingly filthy, the sheets was dirty with food crumbs on it, dirty toilet and the list goes on and on. The lights didn't work, no trash can etc. just awful.

Nice staff but the room was incredibly dirty. Itchy sheets, sticky surfaces. Hair in sheets and towels. Floor was dirty, and a put a burning smell in the air. Probably one of the grossest places I've stayed.

Filthy parking lot, trash everywhere. Room was filthy. No smoke detector. AC worked great, that’s the only plus. First time ever that I now won’t trust Expedia. I was horrified when I saw the place and the emptied out dumpster into the parking lot. It was non refundable so I was trapped. Thank goodness my wife wasn’t with me…. Under construction or not, this place should not be open for business.

There was no attendant at the front desk for at least 25 minutes. The office was unkempt as was the outside. I decided to contact Expedia for a different place stay but the hotel refused to reimburse me through Expedia. It’s definitely a No-tel Motel. My recommendation, stay somewhere else in Craig Colorado. You’ll be happier

Where do I begin the property was a mess, my dad found an old food container in one of the drawers that the rats / mice had fun eating and leaving poop all over the drawer.. plus we did not have hot water in the sink only in the shower... Looks like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in awhile... I will never stay there again

There was no attendant at the front desk for at least 25 minutes, by then the intoxicated woman was an alarm bell that told me that I shouldn’t stay there. So, Expedia tried to get a refund but the hotel refused. And another thing the inside of the office was a mess, as was the outside. They seem to be trying to give it a face lift but the place needs to be razed to the ground, and built anew. It’s definitely a place that I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying. Again, don’t stay here.

Used soap stuck to the tub, fingernails on the floor, TV didnt work, refrigerator didnt work, dried blood on the comforters. I was the single worst experience I've ever paid for in my life. The health inspector should evaluate this place and burn it to the ground for public safety.

Here’s what was unique about the property: There was a guest who was obviously high or intoxicated asking to use my phone and unable to stand without leaning on my truck. Next there was no attendant at the front desk for at least 25 minutes, by then the intoxicated woman was an alarm bell that told me that I shouldn’t stay there. The check-in was extremely difficult! The lady was unfriendly or not able to communicate. The property had random stuff all over it. A blanket on the stairs. It was not clean. The room was less than properly cleaned. Dirt in the bathtub and on the tile. The air conditioner didn’t work and windows didn’t open. Light switches didn’t turn anything on.
