"This cottage is in a great location, close to Newcastle, Castlewellan, Tullymore, Murlough and more. However the mattresses need replaced and are very uncomfortable to sleep on. The hottub is a nice feature but for anyone unfamiliar with this type of hottub, you cannot regulate the heat, and once it gets warm enough to get into it quickly gets too hot to be enjoyable. "Minnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle."

"gemütliche Wohnung gegenüber (über die Strasse) des Strandes vor Belfast. Zusätzlich kleiner Garten und alles Wichtige wie Spar, etc ganz in der Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Meine Hundedame und ich haben den Aufenthalt sowie die täglichen Spaziergänge am Strand sehr genossen."

"It was amazing. Surrounded by hills and the Mourne mountains and a view of the ocean in the distance. Woke up to cows in the front pasture and sheep in the back pasture each morning. So peaceful there. Cottage has everything one would need for a very pleasant stay."
