“We stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had the fire in the living room set up burning already, and the hot tun already set up ready to go. It was very clean and everything is very modern and just beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time admiring the views because it was raining a and very windy/ cold. Without the kids we could have done more exploring……

“Excellent accommodation. Wonderful place. The place was immaculate, so clean. The decor was excellent. I can that the host has put a lot thought into the decor of the home. Cannot fault it, comfy bed with high quality bedding. One of the best places I have stayed. It was so relaxing. I would recommend staying here if you want peace and quiet, clean accommodation and a great host. ”

“Minnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle.”

“We travelled home from Australia to Ireland to celebrate our fathers 80th (he us originally from Ireland). We have been travelling around Ireland staying in various places. We arranged the party for Rostrevor fir 13 July and we had family and friends coming in from everywhere across the world and UK. Paul was amazing pre stay answering a load of questions many unrelated to his house ! This allowed us to plan the whole week in Rostrevor for everyone. We stayed in the house with three other……

“This is our third time to stay at Oatlands Cottages and it won't be our last. The houses are so clean and comfortable with everything to make the stay enjoyable. There is also so much to see and do in the area. I especially love how quiet it is at night. I would have no hesitation in recommending these cottages. We will definitely return”
