There was always a friendly smiling face to help with anything. Everything seems well maintained but showing a little age. There are 2 whirlpools in working order. The water park was bustling from open to close and fun for all ages. Only a few minor cleaning details in our room. And for a room that could "hold 6" the actual bathroom was small. Separate sink did allow a better use of space.

We liked it was modern & clean. What we didnt like was there is no front desk person all day & night. You have to go to the hotel next door to check in & out. Can’t check out on phone. Plus if you want ice, coffee, & breakfast, you have to go to the hotel next door. Good thing is nobody can get in without a key. I was nervous about no one attending front desk area. The price was reasonable through Expedia. Other people were paying over $200 a night in the hotel next door. It was a Saturday night. We paid $136 total. I think the pool was next door also. Our shower head needs replaced. We told them at front desk ( at hotel next door) Can’t imigine staying at this hotel in the winter time. Walking across the parking lit, back & forth!! Unreal.
