Only one lift for a large hotel seems poor. You need to drop off your bags from the car at the entrance as otherwise there are steps to negotiate from the car park. The bar restaurant is frankly very poor in terms of noise and quality of food which arrived so quickly that it was obviously not freshly cooked and was pretty tasteless. There are numerous reviews highlighting this but nothing appears to have been done about it. The main……
“Location was a 15mins walk from centre of Rathmullan. Rooms were clean and accessed via self check in for the time that we arrived (we didn't have any issue so didnt need to speak to anyone). Lovely view point over the water. Large car park so no issues.”

The garden view suite was very large, beautifully decorated and furnished, however it had not been thoroughly dusted or vacuumed.
We had to advise the front desk of a couple of maintenance matters in our bathroom and that we needed the heating turned on and these were promptly attended to.

Great central hotel on the main street,
We went to the sister hotel on the sunday and used the leisure facilities which were great.
We had food in the bar which was lovely and great service
Only thing I would say is there were groups of people coming back at 2am,3am,4am and they were congregated in the hallways and very loud. There was no one walking the floors to reduce the noise which I think in a city hotel is always useful when there are groups of people, so……
“Super nice, "old" feel but everything modern and in good working condition. Food was delicious! Bar staff was really friendly. Make sure to go upstairs in the restaurant for breakfast, old fun artifacts and beautiful original stained glass. Grianin of aileach is right there, don't miss it!”
