Montaña de lujo. Genial para la familia y amigos. Disfrutar de clase mundial de esquí, montar a caballo, en bicicleta, y el senderismo desde nuestra espaciosa casa de 3 dormitorios 3 baños ciudad. La unidad es de 1.450 pies cuadrados y se encuentra a sólo 200 metros del Monte. El área base de Crested Butte y el elevador Silver Queen. Esta conveniente ubicación permite esquiar en un almuerzo casero. Después de un largo día de ejercicio, disfrute de sumergirse en la bañera de hidromasaje compartida o la bañera de hidromasaje privada en la Master Suite. Todo el complejo recibió un nuevo exterior, terrazas y barandas el verano de 2015\. Entrar en un amplio vestíbulo, incluyendo un gran armario para abrigos y botas de esquí. Si prefiere comer fuera, caminar los 200 metros de la zona de base o coger el transporte gratuito en el fondo de la entrada a la ciudad. Nuestra unidad es muy adecuado para múltiples parejas y / o familias. La ubicación es inmejorable. Estar a sólo 200 metros de la zona de base le permite comenzar su día con un paseo temprano a Camp4Coffee, dejar a sus hijos en la escuela de esquí, ir de tubos por la noche o disfrutar de apres ski y restaurantes a poca distancia. No hay necesidad de cruzar las calles para llegar a la montaña. Venga a disfrutar del encanto de la pequeña ciudad de Crested Butte, un entorno prístino y vistas majestuosas. The best part was the condo was so well-stocked! Plenty of dishes, pans and even spices and things you don't want to buy just one time. It also had all the toiletries, although I'm sure that varies from one guest's use to another. But, it was awesome to not have to buy paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. It has a great cabin feel and was a great spot to return to after a long day of skiing. ##### Kaydee M. Beautiful Condo This was our 3rd trip to Crested Butte for a ski vacation and our most favorite location and condo by far. We absolutely loved this and Andy the owner was exceptional to work with. Seriously, the greatest location to the base. Parking was an ease. Inside you will find everything you need to feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen item we needed including condiments and spices. We were delighted to see a brand new box of pancake mix and syrup, butter in the fridge, coffee, all the things you want to have when you get somewhere and you don't have to run to the store to get the little things. The beds were so comfortable. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and plenty of bathrooms for privacy. Book this place. It was spotless, it is beautiful and close to the base for summer or winter activities. Andy is a dream to work with. You won't be disappointed. ##### steph h. All other listing that state upfront how many it sleeps makes sure there’s a real bed or a sofa pull out. This place is underhanded. They say 6 and how they get to 6 is by putting blowup mattress in the closet. How they get away with it is the burry the detail deeper on the site. If you need more than 4 in a real bed don’t come to this place. I called the property manger and he refused to work with me, was actually rude. We stayed because we had to but never again. This property is located behind another row of condos that are truly slope side so there is a bit of a walk with your gear (unlike the lower condos that you can clip in at your back door) but like it says, maybe a 2 min walk if you ski down from Warming hill off to the side. If you are at the base/restaurants it takes a couple set of stairs up which is important to know if you have small children carrying gear. The unit itself is clean and private. The kitchen was well stocked and open. I do feel like the linens, blankets, and decor needs a little refresh to give the condo a 'warm cozy feeling' you look forward to at the end of a long day. Overall it was a nice place. It's very comfortable, tastefully decorated, has lovely panoramic views, an awesome kitchen and is right above Mountaineer Square in Mt. Crested Butte. This condo is perfectly located on the mountain, comfortable, and Andy is great. My wife and I spent a week in Crested Butte and used the condo as our base for hiking, fishing and rafting. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. There were 2 rooms locked that might have been extra bedrooms though. If we would have known there was a possibility of the extra bedrooms then we would have added at least o e of them for our stay. First floor walk in. For summer stays it is feet from Adventure Park, restaurants, and coffee (all but coffee were closed due to Covid though) however it was still nice to hang out around there. Kids played on treehouse playground and road bikes on pump track. Good size condo. Beautiful views from main floor (not of Crested Butte mountain but walk out the door, look left, and its staring right at you). Close to downtown, close to rec path, close to road (summer only) that leads to Gunnison National Forest. Owner was very pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay again! Cons: Not really a bad one, just mentioning for families with kids. There is multiple stair flights and it is hard wood so caution families staying with young kids that one small flight leads to kids bunk room and they have to come down to go up another set to main floor. It is actually a fun layout and spaces the rooms out but I was nervous at times with our 20 month year old.
