One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. Once there the hotel was great, staff from friendly and pleasant. "Casa Mais was an amazing stay!! Flavius was incredibly helpful and helped us check in early in the morning. We are so appreciative and very much recommend staying here. The room we stayed in was very comfortable & the shared living room/kitchen is a nice touch. We loved the location & hope others get to experience this lovely hotel. Thank you!!"

"The hotel is advertised as handicap accessible.
My husband uses a wheelchair and couldn’t get in the hotel on the stairs.
We had to find another place and the two nights we booked were nonrefundable.

"There was a bit of miscommunication with our booking at the beginning. When we arrived at the assigned location, we were unable to access the apartment. After contacting customer service, we were informed that a different location had been assigned to us and that the first address had been sent by mistake.
