“Casa Mais was an amazing stay!! Flavius was incredibly helpful and helped us check in early in the morning. We are so appreciative and very much recommend staying here. “Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for.
Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room.
Breakfast on the other hand was……

“Leider war das Zimmer - gleich neben der Rezeption - sehr hellhörig und man konnte alle weiteren Gäste, auch wenn diese sich leise verhielten, das Hotel betreten hören. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war das Spannleintuch am Bett zu klein und es löste sich während der Nacht sehr leicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Es gab warmgehalten Spiegeleier, Toastbrot, Aufschnitt, Joghurt und sonstige Basics.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and much bigger than we were expecting. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the softer bed in the lounge area was great as well. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was excellent.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of Brasov Old Town, making it easy to explore the area, and it was also very easy to reach from the airport.
Estzer, our host, was lovely, and every member of staff we met was super helpful……
