Honestly I was disappointed in this property. I am somewhat put off that at $2K a night there is no evening turn down service or a change of towels. The gym is a joke- just a closet with a couple of machines. At these rates we expected more. Much better choices in Queenstown for the price. The views from our room were spectacular and the staff was very helpful/friendly. I just expected more from a top end boutique hotel.
