The hotel is located very near tue center of Queenstown. The staff were friendly. Parking is hard sometimes on the street so I do recommend paying for hotel parking.

Beautiful lake, hot air balloons every morning, 5 mile path around it that was incredible, good biking all the way to Arrowtown with bikes provided at the lodge, great place to sit and read with feet in the water
