“This is a spacious home, with a beautiful front room that faces a pond. It's in a very relaxing location. Furniture is minimalist, could use an extra chair. On this trip, my sisters and I spent 3 days there and went to Barter theater to watch "Frozen." My nephew enjoyed the fishing. Great place, great show. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax.”

“This was our first Vrbo experience. We stayed 8 nights. The location off of I-81 was perfect. Check in was super easy. The code to the door arrived two days before our trip. I gave 5 stars to communication with the host, but I gave 5 stars because I didn't have a need to communicate with him. Some minor repairs are needed, but other guests mentioned them so I did not feel I had to communicate them as well. I actually prefer the no contact check in because my dog does not care for……

“We drove up to Johnson City for orientation at ETSU and stayed one night. Very cute and clean place with comfortable beds!! Less than 10 min drive to ETSU. We plan to stay again when visiting our daughter at school. We absolutely loved Johnson City area! Thanks for letting us stay ”

“The house was beautiful. Only think you need are toiletries, food and the rest is provided. Just spending time on porch watching the river go by was so relaxing.My daughter loved the hammock, and took a nap in it. Really enjoyed the stay and planning on booking again ”

“The house was just as described, perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. Look forward to coming back in warmer weather to fish and enjoy the river right outside. ”

“We loved everything about our recent stay. Our family was in town for the National Softball Tournament and Anna could not have been more amazing!! Our only regret was not having more free time to enjoy relaxing in the beautiful yard. We saw baby fawns nursing with mom during the first few minutes of our arrival, a spectacular night time firefly experience my kids loved, and peace and quiet while having drinks on the patio several nights. The house itself was exactly what we needed. Amazingly……

“My wife and I came to the area to visit friends. This condo was perfect for us and was pet friendly in a nice neighborhood. Communication was great with Vivian. The location was great because it was easy to get to and quiet. It was also close to everything and fully stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again. ”
