“I like that they are clearly making every effort to improve the property. It will be nice when all the renovations are completed.
We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. I asked for our linens to be changed part way through our stay, and it didn’t get done. I would have also liked our room to be tidied each day (garbage cans emptied, etc) but that did not happen either.”

“When I arrived at the hotel, my room was not ready. I waited for approximately two hours, and it was still not available. The lady at the front desk was very nice and tried to help by putting me in another room. Unfortunately, the door to that room did not lock properly.
She then tried to move me to another room, but that room was already occupied. Finally, I was given a fourth room, which was clean and suitable.

“Be sure to contact them for Expedia didn't pass on my message for them. Be sure to check for cleanliness. The tub had a large area of grime on its sides. I was able to write my name in it. I had to request it to be cleaned properly twice. When they checked it and supposedly cleaned it they didn't empty the bathroom trash but they did empty the main room trash that's how I knew they came. I had to physically scrap the grime when they came the second time to show the filth. Staff did come……
