“Very limited hotel parking, 1 handicap spot. Found a space on the road, up the hill, 2 blocks away in front of a church. This is a hotel for training hotel staff. Everyone friendly and tried to be helpful but some mistakes happen and language issues (English). Pool has been removed. Other than dining in hotel only one other restaurant within walking distance. Overall very acceptable spot. ”

“Window broken and unable to fix. Noisy in rooms in early evening and early mornings as lots of kids. Biffet pretty good. Inexpensive markets and places to eat rigjt around hotel”

“Spectacular location”

“We've had a disappointing stay this week. It began at check in when the staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. We weren't offered help with our cases and had to carry them up 27 steps. The room lacked character, but was generally clean. We tried to book in at the spa to be told it was fully booked ( not a problem). We tried to book later into the week and the staff member then booked us onto the wrong day. Again we decided to switch our itinerary rather than have to explain……

“I was impressed with this hotel. The staff, particularly, Jose Maria, were extremely helpful, the room was stylishly designed, the location was great, close to the beach but far enough away to be quiet, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The only drawback was a chair that would not go under the very small desk. Not a huge problem for a leisure hotel. ”
