“The house was very clean. Thank you Andrea! Otherwise the house was dumpy. Many things in disrepair. Broken glass globes on fan in Master bdroom. Broken chair outside.Outdoor steps and deck need paint. Broken bed frame in upstairs bedroom. Broken swing glider. No BBQ. Just some kind of hot plate that is rusting. No A/C. For eating utensils there was just one adult fork and the rest were like fondue forks. One steak knife. Refrigerator was missing a shelf. Loose stair banister. Also, a decaying……

“The cabin was clean, but I will see if you were gonna stay there. You need to have some type of slides flip-flops how she used to wear around the cabin because the floors are concrete and not smooth. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. We made breakfast in the morning, but had to go buy a spatula and cooking spray after the first morning. The air conditioner, work fine kept the place nice and cool. There is a dehumidifier running and we had to empty it almost twice a day. The shower is……

The cabin is perfectly decorated, has an amazing screened in porch and deck that overlooks the creek, is in a quite location but is close to everything that Maggie Valley and the surrounding area has to offer. “How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place.……

“We had a wonderful time at Turkey Run cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely furnished. The bed was comfy. The view was so lovely while sitting on porch swing. We did a lot of hiking in Pisgah Forest and the waterfalls are so pretty. Loved coming back to the cabin and being greeted by the friendly horses.Alisha was great at communication with us.Brevard was a charming town and people so friendly. We hope to return in the future!”
