El hotel por dentro es muy bonito, el staff amable. Pero, como es nuevo necesitan estar mas al día con el mantenimiento (aires, inodoros, agua caliente, etc). También mejorar el manejo de los empleados de limpieza (debe hacer menos escándalo) y mejorar la comunicación con las personas de mantenimiento (horarios para hacerlo y si hay huéspedes en la habitación o no).

Place was very nice to us felt like home

I have nothing to complain about the customer service. The people working made it very welcoming and offered to help bring our luggage to our rental when we checked out, as well as help us with unclean sheets that we discovered. There was hair that did not belong to us on the bed when se first arrived and the fitted bed sheet that covered the mattress underneath had a big yellow stain that smelled of fish. we talked to the concierge and they were qui k to send someone to change the sheets with new linen. there was some stains on the wall in thr bathroom and on our bedroo wall, but for only staying 3 days we ignored the stains and kept it going. the view outside the apartment wasnt anything special, but it wasnt horrible.

Frances, the staff member who greeted and checked us in, went above and beyond to provide truly exceptional service. Her professionalism, and willingness to provide as much information as possible about the resort and its amenities and recommendations for us to explore during our time in Puerto Rico made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived.

Great little property. They have hotels next door part of the same company, great little store down the street that has everything down the street.
