Hotel em reforma não fomos avisados em nenhum momento,tudo bagunçado café da manhã mal colocado em frente ao hotel porta principal fechada , porta lateral para entra bem difícil de abri pra que está com malas e ainda tinha um degrau ,atendimento ruim nada foi informado parece que estavam nos fazendo favor não voltaria

Quarto bom; banheiro razoável: não teve água quente o tempo inteiro, sem indicação de água quente e fria, box com defeito e sem ducha higiênica. Café da manhã bom. Recepcionistas razoavelmente simpáticos.

O chuveiro do quarto não esquentava. Fui reclamar na recepção e apenas informaram que era devido ao sistema de boiler e que era para deixar o chuveiro ligado por um tempo que iria esquentar, porém não esquentou de jeito nenhum. Além disso, a cama de molas era extremamente desconfortável para descansar, e a TV praticamente só possuía canais abertos, como Globo e Bandeirantes. Infelizmente, foi uma péssima experiência, principalmente considerando a semana de frio em Cuiabá, quando a temperatura chegou em torno de 16 °C. Esperava muito mais conforto e suporte da hospedagem.

Minha estadia foi ótima. Fiquei no quarto 109. Estava tudo certinho no meu quarto. Fui muito bem tratada e voltaria com certeza. Café da manhã bem legal.

A equipe sempre foi muito agradável e atenciosa. O hotel está em reforma e um dos dias a água foi contaminada e a bacia sanitária ficou preta de terra e a pia entupiu além da torneira ficar com água barrenta por bom tempo. O local do hotel embora de fácil acesso não é agradável para caminhar.

O primeiro quarto fomos hospedados deu vazamento na pia (coisa normal e que pode acontecer), fomos mudados para outro quarto que supostamente seria de casal, porém era com duas camas, uma de "viuva" assim chamda aqui por não ser nem de solteira e nem de casal e uma cama de solteiro, ora tenho 1.85 de altura, fiquei com os pes pra fora da cama, minha esposa teve que dormir na cama de solteira pois a cama de viuva não cabia nós dois, falei na recepção dia seguinte, porém só me disseram que iriam averiguar, não tive nenhum desconto pelo transtorno ou algo parecido, somente me cobraram o consumo e mais nada, ja fiquei outras vezes no mesmo hotel e hoteis da rede, sempre foi excelente, porém, aparetemente ter uma nova gestão adm, deixando muito a desejar. Não indico a ninguem passar uma noite que seria de casal, se tornar uma noite de transtornos. Café da manhã tambem ja foi melhor !!
