“This vacation rental was very disappointing and did not match the photos or description. When we walked in, we were shocked to find that the space looked nothing like the listing: the walls and ceiling were painted stark white, and the room felt old and heavily used, not fresh and clean as expected. On closer inspection, we noticed hairs on the bathroom towels, rust and water stains on the tiles in both the bathroom and kitchen, and even mold in the shower. The room itself seemed to be a……
