Lots of potential but not a good value. No room or maid service, no spa. No place to hang clothes in a suite. Poor customer service, not ADA friendly. Its a 2 star hotel advertising itself as a 4 star spa resort

Clean. comfortable bed and pillows. super friendly front desk staff. Hot water shower, good water pressure. Microwave, coffee in the room. Squeeze bottles on the wall in bathroom for 2 shampoo in shower, body wash, lotion by sink. Buffet breakfast was good. Apples, cuties, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, muffins, Milk, yogurt, juice, bread, PB, jelly, honey. Easy access, plenty of parking, well lit, safe. Pool was nice, clean, warm, hot tub was great! Gym treadmill older had to play with the plug to get it to work. Old elliptical, bench with free weights.

I booked a room through hotels.com. They told me at the front desk when I checked in that there will be no deposit since I booked through a third-party app and that it would just be a $10 cash only fee. They just needed my credit card on file I checked my credit card. There’s also $100 deposit. They do have ATM machine right inside the building. They charges you an additional fee. The whole place smelled just like smoke although it was a no smoking motel. The staff was nice and put me in a room by the door because I’m disabled. Unfortunately the door didn’t work overall it looks OK but the smell from all the people smoking cigarettes was disgusting, especially since I don’t smoke there were people walking through the hallways, smoking cigarettes. The room was clean. The bed was clean. The refrigerator was nice. It was also clean. The only issue I have is the incorrect information. The $10 cash in addition to the deposit plus the price of the room. I could’ve stated a much nicer hotel for over the $195 I was charged.
