Nothing feels new here including the bed covers, floor mats, etc. Highly used and abused. The breakfast was the best part of this place. Check-in was very organized. "

It’s so close to the beach if you want to see the ocean, but also enough pools if you want to stay on the resort. "Sistema all inclusive muito bom. Suporte de manutenção muito ruim. Fiquei hospedado de quarta a domingo. Abri chamado na recepção na quarta, quinta, sexta e sábado para desentupir a pia do banheiro, algo muito simples. A resposta era sempre a mesma: vamos comunicar agora à manutenção. Até a minha saída no domingo, nenhuma providência foi tomada!!!"

"This is a nice hotel and all rooms above ground floor have lovely ocean views. We do find that hotels in Brasil are expensive for what you get with facilities. Small things broken in the room and public areas. For this sort of money you expect a bit better. Also for an adults only hotel, some staff and policies were more aimed at children. For example, being told where and when you could fill your water bottle for the day, and where and when you couldn't. It's not a big thing to manage."

"We had an embarrassing moment. We had a toilet emergency and the toilet was not working. How the maid missed that when cleaning the room for check in? Check in was a bit slow too. Everything was clean, breakfast meets standards. Walking distance to Cupe beach. To go to Porto's town for shops and restaurants, you need a car or Uber. "
