Travelled in June 2024 with family, great entertainment based resort on the seaside of Curinga/Acconia. Well organised, we fully enjoyed the experience and holiday too, beautiful rooms and amenities. Great authentic Italian food and premium drinks served at all the times, definitely recommend the All-inclusive formula. Live music at evenings and night with local band (bravo and applauses to all the guys of the band!) Marvellous “fritto di Caterina” and beach bar walking distance from the resort. Round of applauses for the kids club organisation “Falky” with everyday different activities entertained by the lovely staff, in particular Lilly, Ilenia and Abril who were absolutely fantastic and attentive towards the little ones! Our child loved the atmosphere and the kids club staff. Amazing staff, from reception to chefs and waiters that effortlessly prepared everything to perfection on daily basis, in both of the main restaurant and in the “Pentolo and Grill”… you must try the outstanding “Paccheri with seafood” Well done also to housekeeping team for the cleaning and organisation of the rooms! Definitely RECOMMEND and looking forward to go back!

Freizeitangebot (z.B. Bogenschießen, Pooldisco) wurde verringert Fazit: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr

Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen erfolgt ausschließlich mit Taxis, die immer versuchen, dich zu betrügen. Nicht ein einziges Mal wurde der Taxameter benutzt. Uber ist in der Gegend nicht verfügbar, obwohl es in der App so aussieht, als wäre es das. Bonuspunkt: Mein Kind hat sich in den letzten Tagen mit dem Rotavirus angesteckt, nachdem ich persönlich zwei andere Kinder in der Anlage gesehen habe, die sich übergeben mussten.

Keine Badehandtücher. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Von einem 4* Falkensteiner erwarte ich mehr. Schlechte Englischkenntnisse der meisten Mitarbeiter. Kaum Deutsch im Kidsclub. Unsere Kinder wollte da leider nicht mehr hin, obwohl sie sonst gern gehen. Löchrige, alte Schirme am Strand.

Per il quarto anno consecutivo siamo stati in questo villaggio tutto perfetto cibo servizio pulizia delle camere assistenza animazione nulla da eccepire perfetto.Anche se per noi quest'anno il prezzo è stato un pò alto.Altro appunto a partire dal giorno 10 agosto sono arrivati un po di ospite sopra le righe.

Premesso che a parer mio in ogni cosa c'è sempre margine di perfezionamento, secondo me questo Resort è molto vicino all'eccellenza. Sono rimasto basito quando abbiamo assistito a scene di alcuni altri ospiti che si sono innervositi per troppo poco. Ad ogni modo comprendo che non siamo tutti uguali e che ciascuno ha la propria soglia di tolleranza. Perciò capisco anche quando leggo alcune recensioni negative su questa struttura. Tornando al mio commento, in famiglia siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del periodo trascorso in questo Resort, ci siamo sentiti molto coccolati, in ogni circostanza. Abbiamo apprezzato le molteplici attività ludiche messe in campo, l'enorme piscina con gli scivoli, il bar con le bevande e la merenda per i più piccoli. È evidente la ricercatezza delle attenzioni al cliente. La possibilità del light lunch sul mare è stata da noi molto gradita. Il vostro è un vero all inclusive! Il distributore di acqua anche nell'edificio dell' aloggio non è passato inosservato. Potrei scrivere ancora molto ma credo di aver reso l'idea. Un Resort in cui torneremo. Consigliato

Punti di forza della struttura sicuramente la cucina e le piscine. La cucina solo a pranzo e cena, perché invece pecca nella colazione. Cornetti sfornati in grande quantità ma immangiabili. Pochi fornetti per scaldare il pane quindi file enormi. Marmellate e crema alla nocciola negli erogatori non di qualità. Piscine molto grandi e affollate visto che il villaggio è molto grande ma c’era sempre posto per tutti e c’è una piscina relax per adulti, molto carina. Punti critici invece Pulizia e Animatori. Pulizia scarsissima, parti comuni mai pulite e anche nelle stanze pulizia approssimativa. Animatori al limite della maleducazione. Villaggio poco organizzato dove non tutti i servizi venivano erogati e lasciato al libero arbitrio
