Excelente custo benefício. O prédio é antigo mas internamente limpo. O estado de conservação da unidade que fiquei refletia sua idade e o local do prédio é típico por estar ao lado da rodoferroviária, ou seja, muitos moradores de rua e o apito do trem várias vezes ao dia e noite.

Localização boa, porém acomodação estava suja, migalhas de pão nas cadeiras, cabelos no chão, louças engorduraras, chuveiro não tinha força de água e mal esquentava, cheiro de cigarro no corredor, Wi-Fi não funciona.
