This hotel did not have running water. I asked for a refund so we could check into a nearby hotel with water ands they refused stating water would be running again soon. It’s nearly midnight we’re all exhausted and still no water. Absolutely hellish experience.

Cuando llegamos al hotel vimos que había un ratón en la recepción. Le mencionamos esto a la recepcionista y su respuesta fue que cambiaron de personal y dejaron abierta una puerta por donde se entran los ratones. La verdad no pudimos alojarnos en este hotel de pensar que podríamos estar durmiendo con ratones

Personnel très accueillant, le problème c’est le non-respect des clients donc l’hôtel n’y est pour rien et que les portes des chambres ne sont pas pleines donc pas de noir complet
