La propiedad donde se encuentran los departamentos, es una casa Colonial muy cerca del Centro Histórico del Cusco, Construida en material de Adobe de muros anchos, acabados de madera, a modo de semejarse a cabañas, distribuidos en dos plantas, en el primer nivel de los apartamentos se tienen la sala, comedor y la cocina, cada ambiente totalmente equipado; y en el segundo y tercer nivel se tienen los dormitorios, separados por cortinajes.
El espacio cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar varios días contando con la comodidad y seguridad del hogar, también con el encanto y la experiencia de tener un estilo “rustico”, para pasar días agradables; es muy propicio para viajes familiares y grupo muy cercano de amigos.
