Staff friendly and informative. Meal offer that was emailed to me, the staff were unaware of, so we had a problem with the bill. Room was nice but furniture damaged and sink chipped. Not very five star! The bed was set up as double even though twin beds had been booked and once the beds had been separated no throws were available for single beds. Breakfast was good and had lots of choice/nice food. Lemon posset pudding not very nice as too sweet and full of strands of lemon zest. Outside property disappointing. It looked shabby and the plants had seen better days. The two trees near the entrance being plastic! Expected a five star entrance to the hotel and this was sadly lacking.

Definitely not the standard of the Galgorm. Evening menu for valentines weekend was poor and the atmosphere in the restaurant on 13th Feb left a lot to be desired as 2 guests where having an argument for everyone to hear. I would describe the Rabbit as the Galgorm's poor relative.
