Close to lots of wineries and adorable village of Mattituck. The communication with the hosts was great and they were extremely responsive. A great place to stay if you are visiting the area! "

His communication skills are top rated as is his aesthetic design style of the home. The home truly tells a story that you should pause and read as you are heading out to the terrace or a dip in the hot tub. Sitting by the fire is so relaxing and Andrew was there to answer questions. All basic things are provided the one thing we missed was a tea kettle. "

"Kates house was very clean with a well-stocked and equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and close to the beach, the bay, and all of the North Fork. That means, in September, fantastic corn and tomatoes, beautiful beaches, and a lot of memories for my mom, who was on a bit of a memory tour. Kate also provided many useful suggestions for local restaurants and attractions, which were helpful. Only one bathroom, but if that works for you three comfortable bedrooms in a lovely spot."

You can tell the owners pour so much love and care into it, with everything from the sparkling clean floors to the crisp linens being immaculate.
