There was no body wash in the shower; the front desk was not staffed in the mornings(we did have a number to call that we could not get connected to); the stool needed a plunger Sun morning..I found one in the men’s restroom & got the problem taken care of; the AC (cooled very well) was dripping while it ran …not constantly, but water had run down the floor.. it was apparently a condensation leak . I reported it when we 1st chkd in(Fri) & it was not fixed. Lindsey was very professional at check in & was welcoming. Problem w/computer @ chk -in that slowed the process down for us & the couple in front of us. We did enjoy the hotel otherwise (the history, convenient llocation & the general accommodation, but the issues did take away from our stay in Pawhuska.. Barry Stark

We may be more particular than most people. In our room (402), the door to the balcony needs repaired as is hard to open & the shower nozzle needs replaced. Cleaning of the room was just okay/not excellent. Pool area was beautiful & Doc’s was a nice amenity. We were particularly disappointed in the Summit Restaurant, which has excellent service but the food quality was lacking. Everything was heavily over-peppered. Overall Shanghai-La Resort is a beautiful facility in a gorgeous location. We just maybe expected a little higher standard in our room.
