Our room had a full chip bag from a previous guest in it. AC and curtains were pretty dirty and AC had exposed wires at the bottom. Shower didn’t drain properly. You were standing in dirty water quickly. We lost 4 hours of pool time in the evening when we were back from our event due to “maintenance” that was really just shooting promotional footage with a photographer and drone. We picked this resort for the pool. There was no advanced notice before reservation for this closure. The restaurants hours were really inconvenient if you wanted food other than pizza. Not impressed with the experience.
