Charming Dacula Hideaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with many creature comforts. It is right in the peaceful outskirts of Dacula with the Mall of Georgia 15 minutes away and Mulberry Park is 2 minutes away. There is also a Publix Strip mall nearby too. Everything is here at this recently renovated apartment building such as a kitchenette, 1 TV at each room, 1 bedroom and a dedicated workspace with a sofa bed. This tiny space is suitable for all your needs, (There may be people living upstairs.)

Bedroom:
The newly renovated apartment has a tailor made bedroom that includes a Smart TV and a king sized bed. It is also beautifully decorated with light tones.

Bathroom:
This property has only one full restroom with new fixtures and it is right at the living room.

Kitchenette:
The Kitchenette has cooking utensils, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker and a minifridge for everyone in your party. Right in front of the kitchen there is also a dining room stocked with plates and silverware for everyone to use. This is a nice minimalist kitchenette for a cozy stay.

Living room:
The living room has a Smart TV'S included with a sofa bed. Right in front of the sofa there is an electric heater for the cold seasons. The electric heater also has a fireplace visual on it as well.

Disclaimer: There might be people living on the second floor and we are trying our best with limiting the sound in between the 2 floors.

Guest access
When entering the property make sure not to enter the driveway with the mailbox and enter the one on the left side of the house.

Please do not disturb the people living upstairs.

Other things to note:
Service pets are allowed with the proven paperwork. There are people living upstairs.

Bath Towels should not be used on floor or any activity that will permanently stain them. We provide washcloths for those uses.

The driveway entrance is not friendly to cars that sit low.
