This home truly has everything for the vacation of your dreams! \- The pool cleaner comes on Thursday every week in the summer and every two weeks in the winter. Our heater uses natural gas, so it can reach 100 degrees or more for the spa/hot tub. If you want to opt in for the heating service, please let us know at least 2 days before the check-in date, and we will send the payment request after you book. \>>> Pool/Spa Heating fee (2 nights minimum) <<< • April 1st- end of November \- $100/night for the pool and spa/and hot tub. \- $60/night for the spa/hot tub only. • December 1st - end of March \- $125/night for the pool and spa/and hot tub. There is a full guest bathroom with a bathtub next to it. Next is the bunkbed room with a twin bed on the top and a full bed on the bottom, both of which have memory foam mattresses. There is a high-ceiling, spacious master bedroom that has one king bed with a memory foam mattress, a crib for your child, an ensuite master bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a standing shower with a rain-frosted hinged glass door, and a walk-in closet. The sliding door leads to the deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, and the back yard, pool, and high jet spa with lounge chairs, such a great relaxing time by the pool. The last guest room has a queen-size bed, a deck, and a chair for your remote work is situated on the other side of the house, and across it is the half-bathroom. \*\*\* Getting around is Convenient with Uber or Lyft, or train \*\*\* \- Close to City Line, 75 Stemmon Freeway, and 190 George Bush Turnpike highways, hospitals, parks, golf courses, trails, etc. \- 1 mile to Soccer Spectrum, 1.6 miles to the Geico corporate office, 3.5 miles to the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), 3.7 miles to the Methodist Richardson Medical Center, \- 1.1 miles to Richardson Woman’s Club, 1.8 miles to Whole Foods, 4 miles to Walmart, 4.5 miles to Hawaiian Falls Garland, \- 1.6 miles to 75 Stemmons Freeway, 2.2 miles to 190 George Bush Turnpike \- 1.8 miles to Spring Park Club, 2.4 miles to Crowley Park, Sherrill Park Golf Course, and 4.5 miles to Firewheel Golf Park. \- As well as many other parks, golf courses, hospitals, trails, etc, and restaurants around the area. \*\*\*\*Key features\*\*\*\*: \- The private and fully fenced HEATED pool and jet spa are the perfect accommodation for your trip! Pool and hot tub gave us a great place to relax. This place has every toiletry that you could need - more than any other place weve stayed. High quality towels and blankets just added more comfort to our stay. The spacious house allowed us to all have space to ourselves when needed. It was a nice and safe neighborhood and close walking distance to a park. The house was close driving proximity to many things. It was quiet, clean, and absolutely perfect to recover at. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was a huge plus for afternoon and evening swimming and we spent quite a few hours around the dining room table playing cards. Great living space to hang out in and comfortable beds. We were very pleased with the property from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful, convenient, and well kept. The house itself is immaculately clean and the host thought of EVERYTHING. This is the most well equipped property we’ve ever stayed. The pantry was stocked with many essentials (spices, cooking/baking staples), the coffee station was overflowing with options- including snacks and treats, and the cabinets were full of useful kitchen items (even disposable options). The bedrooms and bathrooms were very well thought out. We had plenty of towels, bed linens, pillows, and charging areas. Although we weren’t traveling with a baby, this would have been the perfect place to! Plenty of necessities like toys, a high chair, baby bed, play yard, rocking chair, etc. Our big kids had a blast playing at the foosball table, and swimming in the incredible pool. It is well stocked and very very clean. The pool and hot tub at the house was very well maintained. We had a great time and were able to get around to where we needed to go. The house was in a quiet area and was very peaceful. Lots of dishes, cleaning supplies, paper towels, bath towels, etc… Only had 2 minor maintenance items to bring to their attention (immediate resolution was not required). Management staff was very helpful and responsive. Personal preferences- beds were very soft and took us awhile to adjust.
