My stay at this property was far from satisfactory, and I feel obligated to warn future guests of my unpleasant experience. My first issue arose upon arrival, as I was charged a second time despite already having paid in full. Although the receptionist eventually corrected the mistake, they failed to acknowledge or address the error at the time it occurred.
The following morning, I discovered several unexplained charges on my account and returned to reception to rectify the situation. However, I continued to find miscellaneous charges with no explanation from the receptionist except for the assurance that they would "fall off" within the standard processing time. I found this unprofessional and frustrating.
I completed my stay with the expectation that the extra charges would not be imposed and compared my account to the invoice provided at checkout. I was charged the "refundable damage deposit" despite having left the property in the same condition as when I arrived, and I have photo evidence that proves this. The general manager only passed my concerns along to the assistant manager, who provided me with the same invoice that showed I should have been charged less than what I was actually charged.
Overall, I found the staff is not held unaccountable for their mistakes and they are unwilling to take responsibility for their errors. Book elsewhere!
