"Hotel was close to the airport, the location does have laundry machine which seem to feel like it was on the other side of the building. Had an issue with the AC unit in my original room but guest services was able to move us to a better room. Breakfest was include and some what decent, just don’t expect a 5 star meal. Distance to the nearest subway was about 15 to 20 minutes walking, shuttle drive was nice to drop us off to a near by one."
"The perfect location to explore Guangzhou! We loved this area with amazing shopping just outside the door and a short walk to Shamian Island. We were surprised how peaceful, clean and quiet this part of the city was and it was the perfect location for a holiday with kids- we had a 2 year old. We spent day going into the middle of the newer part of the city and much preferred staying where we did at Voco. The rooftop pool was great as well as the gym and the buffet breakfast was spectacular. The staff were so lovely and so good with our toddler. Room was huge and a comfortable portacot was provided. Guangzhou was the perfect 4 day stopover on our way from NZ to Europe and we definitely want to come back for a couple of weeks next time!"
"La proximite avec mes centres d interet etait d une precieuse aide. Le personnel devrait etre plus accueillant en livrant toutes les informations necessaires a l utiliation de la chambre pour eviter des desagrements."
"This was an amazing hotel, the staff were helpful and translated everything into English. They provided a great free breakfast, and had laundry facilities. The location was very convenient and walkable. It also had a lot of character, beautiful hotel!"
"I had an excellent experience staying at the brand-new Hilton hotel in Guangzhou, China. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and truly deserves its five-star rating. Everything from the facilities to the service was outstanding. What really made my stay special was the exceptional service I received from Ano at the Concierge desk. He went far above and beyond to help me throughout my entire journey.
When I first landed in Guangzhou, I quickly realized that my phone service was not working and that Uber was not available here. I was completely unfamiliar with how to get around, but Ano immediately stepped in and helped me set up the necessary Chinese apps, showed me how to use them, and taught me how to navigate the city. What impressed me even more was that on my last day, Ano was actually off work, but he still took the time to show me around and help me experience Guangzhou. That level of dedication and kindness is something I will never forget. Ano was always patient, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. As someone visiting Guangzhou for the first time, I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without him. Without Ano, I would have been completely lost! He made my trip so much easier, more enjoyable, and stress-free. Hilton is very fortunate to have someone like Ano on their team. His service represents exactly what five-star hospitality should be. I highly recommend this Hilton hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou, and I especially want to thank Ano for"
