It was a really nice stay. I took my parents and my older sibling to London as a family trip. Though this place can be a little small for 4 grown adults, it was still comfortable.

Clean and well-located place in London. I would stay again. Contactless entry...no keys..I loved it

This hotel has been recently updated with modern appliances and a high-tech feel. The room is spacious by central London standards. Although our room was on the -1 level, we could barely hear the Tube, even at night. There is no front desk, but management responded promptly to our requests via email. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the British Museum and the Russell Square Tube station. We visited in April and found it to be an excellent value for a short stay in London.

The room was spotless clean and was furnished to a very high standard. The staff were absolutely superb, both front of house, in the bar/restaurant and cleaners. I would highly recommend and will stay again.

The property was very clean and well-equipped. Information on the heating system, and local TV stations would have been helpful, as well as local maps, events, etc. More electrical outlets would also be helpful. Other than that it is a great location, helpful staff (more helpful if email communication was acceptable). But a great space at a wonderful location
