Rooms are a little dated, but everything worked and the room was large. The pool and garden were nice and had a poolside bar. Overall good place fot the price and I would stay again.

There were a couple minor problems with the room, with two guests they only allowed one breakfast free, and they charged a pretty hefty fee for using the pool. That said it was a nice room, quality hotel, very inexpensive, and a nice stay overall (and the food you could buy there was wonderful).

The staff didn’t accommodate to the customer and also why there was note that cleaning has to pay this the hotel is horrible I never had experienced. Even when we check the staff asked for the customer to wait until finished to check the room I never had experienced only this hotel. Rude and not kind staff.

The price is okay. I requested for matrimonial bed but they somehow forgot or mistakenly booked us with a two single bed room. However, they were nice enough to correct it by giving us the deluxe room. The problem with the room is the aircon, for 2 nights we endured sleeping in a very humid room because the aircon is not functioning well. Not happy with the service as well, I believe they have a very few staff, we requested for room make-up but no one attended. Even the assistance of having our things taken to our room took them hourssss.

hello My wife and I recently spent 2 nights at the Ritz.Overall it was a gd experience ? But there was a couple of things that could have made it better?No.1 the wifi was slow and we couldnt really make use of it? No.2 the cable tv was terriable with 3philippino channels only and 1 english channel,hbo? But there was no volume on it? we called someone to fix it but he couldnt so we turn off? N0.3 the food was good but pricey! ITS 10% more in the restrauant then the room service? the pool was great and nice ambiance in the nice garden setting next to pool and restra. so rate it a 7 of 10. sn

Lacking Complimentary and Basic Items

The pool is really good. Just no phone/intercom and no hair dryer, those are needed since they have pool, you want to dry your hair. No dental kit and slippers in the rooms.
