“the check in was honestly very complicated. we couldn't actually get into the building unless somebody was entering the building at the same time as us. There being only 1 fob once you actually got in kinda sucked if you're more than 2 people. we were 4 people and there were only 2 bath towels, a few face cloths and no hand towels. the showers had mold in them and there were eyelash extention clusters next to the bed on the floor. overall was not what i would have expected for the price we paid……

“The place is great! Its spacious and very close to town for everything. Its clean and its a very secure and clean building. The host was amazing and responsive. Will use again!”

“The condo is in the perfect location and everyone was friendly. It's about a 10 minute walk to the stadium and to Broadway. The condo was very cozy and we got the best nights sleep there. The bedding was that of a 5 star hotel. We very much recommend renting this condo if you plan on visiting Nashville!”

“An ice and snow storm hit Nashville the weekend we were supposed to go. I asked the host if there was a back up generator because the national weather station forecasted loss of power due to ice. I was told no and noticed from other reviews that power goes out easily at the condo. I then asked, because of safety issues, to reschedule for another weekend and was told no again. ”

“The property itself was cute. Two things you must be aware of when deciding to choose this listing. 1) This unit is right next to a major freeway. The noise inside the apartment is really loud especially at night. I am a sound sleeper but had problems the entire night trying to fall asleep because of the traffic noise. 2) You must pay additional charge for parking. $25.00 per 24 hours. ”

“Jessica and Tyler are wonderful hosts. They think of everything. We were there during the ice storm of a century and they provided updates while we drove about the power situation. They offered an alternative location when they couldn’t get the place cleaned due to road conditions. The location is perfect for walking everywhere. They are not only friendly but organized and a joy to work with. ”
