Beautiful home that sleeps 12! We have 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of space for the entire family to relax indoors and outdoors. Enjoy the full size kitchen if you like to cook and enjoy the large custom wood dining table for 12. Enjoy outdoor games like Giant connect 4, horse shoes, and cornhole or stay inside and play board games like yahtzee, checkers and many others to choose from.

If you plan to venture out to Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness or Sulphur Park then Bug Spray is highly recommended during warmer months. If hiking, long socks & proper boots are recommended. Beware of poison ivy & oak in the woods as well as other pests.

I do live close to the area and typically drive by or near daily. I give my guests space but am available when needed.

Max Capacity: No more than 12 people
Undisclosed guests are prohibited
Person on reservation must be present during stay
No overcrowding, guest limitations are enforced
Not cut down any trees or limbs
Not use fireworks
No SMOKING of any kind inside home
Not move furniture
Be respectful to entirety of property and surrounding the home as you would wish others would your home
Quiet Hours: 10PM-6AM
Leave home in a reasonable condition
Violation of house rules will result in addition fees up to eviction without notice or refund
