"We enjoyed our stay at Jeri's lake house! The house was clean, cozy and beautiful! We had 5 adults and 2 children and the set up worked perfect! Neighbors are close but friendly! Dock was great, just remember to bring extension cords if you need to plug up your boat! Amazing sunsets every evening."

"We really enjoyed this place. We appreciated the gentle slope to the water and that it was easy to swim off the dock. The owner had thought of many little touches that made our stay more pleasant like lots of drawers and hooks, and it has better showers than many rentals. We also appreciated that the internet was very good. We would definitely like to stay here again!"

"Beautiful and spacious cabin which included many amenities. If your concerned about climbing many stairs to the covered boat dock, don’t be. The boat dock is only approximately 100’ from the cabin. The nearest boat ramp is maybe 5 minutes away and the ramp can be seen from the cabin. Many good restaurants in the area along with some great antique stores. Nashville is only an hour and a half away as well!"

"We drug our feet planning our anniversary weekend getaway - waiting so much until the last minute that nothing was showing available. I sent Ches & Spring a message asking if they had anything else available and unbeknownst to me, the Ponderosa guesthouse was still available. They took extra steps to make sure that we were able to check in Friday and stay through Sunday. The main cabin is beautiful, but the little guesthouse was so charming! "A beautiful park with 18-hole disc golf course, two stocked lakes for fishing, a swimming pool, a 1.25-mile walking trail, volleyball, tennis and pickleball courts, a clubhouse with meeting room, shaded picnic areas, and a miniature golf course is right out your front door but not intrusive. The host was very responsive and polite. There were treats left for me and my dog. The bed was very comfortable and it was great having a washer and dryer there to freshen my clothes. "I booked the house in March for Memorial Day Weekend. Our wedding was held in Dawson Springs. Our adult kids stayed in the home and were very complimentary of the comfort from the living room, to the game room, and the spacious bedrooms. The home was very clean and the snacks were much appreciated upon their arrival. The house was great the host were great! Highly recommend this home!!"
