“Nice staff, the breakfast was not good at all, even for free, there is no water in the pool, so it is permanently out of order. The first room they gave us on the bottom floor smelled like mildew, so we requested a second floor room which was better, but still had a odor to it. The toilet was on an angle that felt like you were going to fall off the side of it, so that was interesting, it's just your typical Indian owned hotel.”

“Everything was dirty. The lobby, the elevator, the room. There were greasy fingerprints everywhere as if nothing has been wiped down in years. There was old soap with hair stuck in it in the bathroom. The pillow cases had mascara left over on them, the white duvet had black and gray smudges all over it from what I can only imagine was dirty feet. Everything smelled like they were trying to cover up years of cigarette smoke with glade plug ins. The staff was not friendly or helpful. It took 15……

“Room had debris on wall that looked like dried vomit, duct tape on floors covering carpet holes, blood stains on bed mattress, non operating fridge, we canceled our stay but front desk person was very good”

“Nice, friendly, clean, and you felt safe.”

“Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!”

“We had a clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a little lacking but everything else was wonderful!”

“Building is under a much needed renovation. Ive been staying here since 2019 and this is the worst its been with cleaning of general areas ...pool is closed for renovation and rooms not done are very run down. However newly done areas look FANTASTIC!”

“Property is beautiful. Checking in was a disaster. Restaurant was mediocre at best. Breakfast was a horrible experience. Kept moving to different rooms every morning. Had dry cereal but no milk. Waffle maker but no butter for waffles. Only had orange juice and/or apple juice. On one of the three days. Powdered eggs and sausage were cold every day. ”

“Our room had a bad odor coming from the AC unit and the carpet was not well kept.”
