“Zero communication from host.No information sent regarding how to access the rental.Sent a message via VRBO day before arrival giving a heads up on our late arrival. No response.Sent another message via VRBO day of arrival regarding check in to the rental as I hadn’t received instructions. 3 hours later, still no response so I did what the VRBO site suggested which was to contact the host directly.The contact information listed on VRBO is the previous owners.
