“Zero communication from host.No information sent regarding how to access the rental.Sent a message via VRBO day before arrival giving a heads up on our late arrival. No response.Sent another message via VRBO day of arrival regarding check in to the rental as I hadn’t received instructions. 3 hours later, still no response so I did what the VRBO site suggested which was to contact the host directly.The contact information listed on VRBO is the previous owners. “Dirty, dead bugs everywhere. Place is very outdated, internet spotty, could not get cell phone reception. AC very noisy. Would not recommend to anyone. We left as early as possible.”

“The cabin's main bed was very cozy and comfortable to sleep on as well as the pillows. There was no hammock as promised in the ad. The ad led us to believe that the amenities included were apart of our package, but when we arrived, we found out that there were extra fees for laundry, ice, firewood, etc. Myself and my husband thought these things were included due to the way the ad was worded. “Not what I expected. Room was out dated. Not cleaned well. Dust a 1/2 thick on celing fans and AC unite. Refrigerator was dirty and not cold. I felt like I was taken back in time to the 50's. This was not a resort by any means. One positive was the bed was comfortable. Won't be back.”
