“10 mins walking distance to Macedon Railway Station, this hotel is convenience to anyone who is not driving. Besides, we made dinner at the self-serviced kitchen, this is also one of the good features of this motel! However, the hotel is suggested to pay more attention on HOUSEKEEPING. No one came to clean the room for few days and we have to request and ask for toilet papers twice for a long period of staying there.”

However they were treated very rudely during the checking process. My mother called them and asked about early check in and where the parking was and had the phone slammed back at her. Mum called back again but no one picked up. This experience ruined mum’s day and they left without checking in and I was charged by the accomodation anyway despite trying to……
