“The view was beautiful and the surroundings were really peaceful, quiet and calm. The rooms were all clean, and the supply of amenities was quite considerate! The CD player was a nice touch, and we definitely enjoyed the collection of music.”

“The escape villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and stunning tree views. The fireplace is a true centerpiece—gorgeous to look at from anywhere in the villa, while also providing excellent warmth and comfort. The open-plan jacuzzi is another highlight, perfectly positioned to take in the views. Both the couch and the bedding are very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. A couple of small areas could be improved: the TV reception wasn’t great, and some of the bathroom……

“The property was very well appointed for a short or medium length stay for two. A small area for dogs at the front is fully enclosed however the backyard is open. The location as a short walk to central Daylesford or Hepburn Springs is ideal to not need to drive much once you arrive, but a short drive and you’re in Creswick or Castlemaine. Walking Lake Daylesford was definitely a highlight. The property is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. ”
