“Stayed at Tara overnight for the 19th-20th of August with my fiancé and dog Ajax and it was utter perfection. The location, the layout of the cottage, the views and it being dog friendly? What else could be better? We loved every minute of it and will definitely be back! Thanks Prue!”

“The house was cosy warm and very well equipped. We loved the pot-bellied stove and the large couches and the quietness. Walking distance to a lovely walking track.”

“Very very average. Air con doesn’t work, lamp broken and wobbly in bedroom, spa way too hot and cannot be adjusted (had to find a hose and add cold water) the couch is very uncomfortable. Overall it’s aged and odd. Not even good to take pets as there are no fenced off area’s.”

“Had a lovely weekend again this year. Lovely house - cosy & comfortable. Not all beds had electric blankets and one had a blanket but no cord , but that wasn’t a huge issue. There were a few ants in the pantry & dishwasher but not in plague proportions!Love the house, great position for walking into town. Plenty of space and parking. “This property was just what I was looking for. It was in a great location being only a short walk to the lake and to the main street. The weather was cold, yet the place was very comfortable and warm. Although we didn't get a chance to play any games there were heaps of board games and DVDs. The kitchen was well stocked. There were two decent sized rooms and a good bathroom. It was perfect for a weekend away with my teenage daughter. The property owner communicated well with clear instructions……
