"Such a beautiful property with everything you need and walking distance from everything. Such wonderful relaxing views and the walk around the lake was such a treat. The owner was so supportive and answered all questions I needed promptly. I really have nothing to fault at all. If I return to Daylesford in the future, I know where I will be staying. You will not be disappointed. The photos don't match the complete beauty and tranquility of this property."

"Seriously ive been going to Daylesford n Hepburn for 25 plus years. This place beats all. You need to book the spa house. My furbabies loved the huge back yard with all new bird life for them including kookaburras lol. "The house is located close to the Daylesford Business Centre. It was close all services and shops and was accessible to the surrounding region. The house is comfortable and contains everything to make a holiday for a small or large group. A fully appointed dwelling and great base to tour the Central Highlands. The house was well maintained and clean. The gifts provided were a thoughtful gesture. The beds especially were comfortable and provided for a restful holiday."

"This cottage ticked all the boxes for us -comfortable, well-furnished, and cute as a button. The bedroom has good bedside lamps for reading and we slept well. The kitchen and living space are well designed and attractively styled. The air-con cools the house nicely, and the fireplace looks very inviting for the winter months. But lovely as the interior is, our favourite spot was the front porch with its sunny aspect and restful view of trees. Hard to say who liked it more - us or our kelpie....

"A beautiful old world cabin retreat! Perfect for a cosy and relaxing getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised how many luxurious touches there were while in keeping with the original miners cottage it is. "Beautiful house and garden. We were lucky enough to stay while the pretty blossoms were out on the trees surrounding the deck. The outlook from the inside to out was magical. It was a cold and wet weekend but we were warm and cosy in this amazing house. If you like charming, earthy, rustic and luxurious all rolled into one you’ll love this place. Some lovely touches included fresh flowers inside, heating and soft lighting on when we arrived."

"Fabulous house on the lakes edge. Amazingly comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen & bathroom amenities. All bedrooms with ensuites work perfectly for families or friends travelling together. Great walking trails around the lakes just outside the front gate. 15-20mins walk into the township of Daylesford. Lots of stairs over 3 levels so not suited to anyone with mobility issues. A few minor issues that come with rentals (cleaning & maintenance but nothing serious) Would definitely stay again."
