It was my first time staying at a Quality. It was not necessarily "quiet,' until 10PM, but that was because there were a lot of families there. If parents are staying there with their young kids, I am willing to say it's reputable place. The hot tub was closed, but the pool was a relaxing chill after a day of driving. In addition, if you're hungry, there are a lot of chain restaurants nearby -- including a Cracker Barrel next door.

The lady that check us in was nice. We got to the room and there was a strong odor, we asked to be moved but only other room had a noisy air conditioner so we stayed in the room we had. They came in the next day and took our dirty towels and did not replace them. We had to go to the office to get new towels for the next day.

Ants in room, cold in first room, moved to another one, waited 10 minutes for anyone to check me in. A dive. Very disappointed and expensive for what I got. The employees were nice though.

No key for the door due to broken lock. Receptionist at the desk was not unkind but not very personable. Bed is comfortable, room is clean but the tub is stained. Overall much better than another hotel I stayed at in the same area.

Horrible stay

None of the advertised amenities were open/working. The pool/hot tub/laundry etc was all closed. The room is filthy, the bedding was stained with blood. Dirty washcloths having on the shower curtain, dirty coffee filter in the coffee maker. Contential breakfast had very little food. The pictures & description of hotel & rooms was inaccurate. I would never recommend staying here to anyone.

The only perk was the comfortable bed. My shower drained extremely slow to the point that I would be standing in water halfway rising in the tub. The toilet was also terribly stained, and there was no shampoo or conditioner in my bathroom. Additionally, I found roaches in my room, and when asking if the front desk had spray, they did not, but they had me move to another room. However, this room had no working AC or fridge, which was a huge inconvenience given I have medication that needs to be refrigerated. The other option was moving to a room with no working outside lock. How is that even acceptable? The front desk gave me a fan, but it doesn’t help the humidity in the room. Unless you’re directly in the fan, you’d sweat through everything. The hallway was cooler than the room! This was such a disappointment. It doesn’t matter if this is a cheaper option; you’re paying money. You deserve to stay somewhere without roaches, good air circulation, safety, and cleanliness.

The AC did not work in the room initially assigned to us and half the light was out in the bathroom. They quickly moved us to another room. Only issue there was the outlets on the LH side of bed (nightstand) did not work. Otherwise the overnight stay was fine and bed was clean & comfortable.

Checked in and was told the pool wasn't open. My daughter and 2 granddaughters were very disappointed. We had chose to stay here because of the indoor pool. All we got was an Im so sorry. When we got into our room the toilet was having trouble flushing. I went back to the desk and got aplunger to fix it. The bathroom counter and mirror didn't look very clean. The buffet breakfast wasn't very good. The waffle iron over cooked the waffles. Only had OJ and skim milk to choose for drinks

Over priced, and in poor shape.

The hotel was on at best. My wife and I went on a long vacation from Arizona back east and stayed in 9 hotels all at $100 or less. We did not expect any of the hotels to be giving room service or look new and modern, but of the nine this was the second worse. The building definitely needs some TLC and upgrading, even for a budget motel it not in very good shape. The staff were friendly and helpful enough, and the breakfast was adequate with the same stuff that everyone else serves. But it was not clean even by budget hotel standards and desperately needs Maintenance and remodeling.

I like there were a good amount of restaurants around the place. The pool was dirty. The a/c was not cooled at all. Carpet was damaged. The TV was not working right. This was the 2nd room we were put in. The 1st room was not cleaned & TV was broken.

Overall, it was fine, but one of the only reasons I chose here was bc of the hot tub which wasn't even working and it did NOT list that anywhere or I probably would have went somewhere cheaper honestly. Also, the indoor pool was very small and was NOT heated so it almost felt like an ice bath. Also, we did NOT have a working remote at all...but the staff was AWESOME and tried several different ones with different batteries. And finally, the only hot option available for breakfast was waffles and they only had regular syrup to top it with. I have been to other quality inns and they always have other topping options AND have hot eggs and a breakfast meat!

First of all, the image of the room was nothing like the one I was assigned. The staff was great. The conditions of the hotel lacked the quality for the price. Waking down the hall I noticed dirt on a lot of the doors. In my room I noticed hairs in the bathroom sink, hairs on the toilet, mold in the bathroom in multiple places over the bathtub. The covers and sheets on the bed had brown spots on them, I request three different changes to them. I kept hearing a sound late at night. I thought it was someone trying to get into the room, but it was the squeaky floor for the room above me. Last thing, I could feel the coils from the boxspring on my back while sleeping. This is my first time booking a hotel room through Expedia. I'm going to go back to the way I did it before, I will have better luck and getting a good quality room.

Booking here was a huge mistake. I’m making this review after booking, checking in, and having to leave the property. Upon arrival it smells very musty/has a cigarette smell. It looks really run down. Pool area was closed for maintenance which was one of the biggest reasons why I booked it. With being a cheaper hotel, I would expect it to be a little run down but not to this extent. Entering the room, it smells even worse, very muggy and hot, and the room was disgusting. I took pictures and videos. There was hair on the bed, stains on the bed and curtains, smudges on the walls, a broken fridge in the corner, (really glad I didn’t bring my child like I was planning on because that would not have been safe for him!) dirt all over the floor and bed and bathroom floor. The bathroom was disgusting. After a long drive all I wanted was to take a nice hot bath and I did not even feel comfortable doing that. The staff was very nice, the lady was helpful. She offered to get me a new room, which I was willing to do even though I really just wanted my money back and to go somewhere else. She gave me new keys to a new room, I go upstairs, the key doesn’t work. Come downstairs, explain it to her, she gives me a new key, cycle repeats a few times. She goes up to check it, can’t get any help. At this point I’m very upset so I leave and tell her I want to speak to the manager in the morning because that is too much stress to go through, and there is no manager on site. TERRIBLE.
