Great location. Spacious room. Didn’t realize when I booked this was a beach motel type of lodging so we missed having a private balcony but otherwise we felt like it was a good value for the money.

This hotel is amazing when you are on a budget. The outside is kind of run down but the rooms are clean, the breakfast is hot, the staff is helpful and friendly and the owner Grace is onsite often and will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is family run and Grace’s grandson (adorable little boy) is around often helping out with his dad. The hotel itself is literally feet from the beach and the sunrises are amazing!

The only criticism I have is that the rooms say “partial ocean view” or “full ocean view” we picked full ocean view expecting to walk out our balcony and see the ocean. However the best description is a view of the parking lot, then pool, then the ocean. Also due to corrosion ( unless you have the strength of a gorilla) the door lock would take 5-6 tries with all your strength to open. The breakfast, staff and pool were all very good.

Quick check in. Even though it is an older property, room was very nice and larger than most rooms, very clean. Great value for the cost.

Stayed for 12nights and just about everyday we had to inform the front desk that house keeping never came . We left our room every morning and came back around 5 pm to unmade beds , no trash emptied and no clean towels with the dirty towels left behind . The front desk then gave us clean towels to use . The daily breakfast was the same for the 12 days we were there with no exceptions . Would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will not patronize this place again .

This place was super great on the beach with little kitchen and everything you need for a week visit feel right at home and breakfast was awesome The employees were very nice and helpful housekeeping was great as well We will DEFINITELY be staying here again
