I’m a huge fan of donuts but also a critic if they’re not up to par. But let me say this, hands down, Donnie’s Donuts have to be some of the best I’ve ever tasted. These are not just your normal treats with some fancy flavoring to hide what might be your typical cake donut. Nope, these are the perfect, fluffy yet not airy, not overly sweet yet tasty, uniquely flavored morsels of goodness that you find sometimes too often but without such mastery. Prices are spot on being that these donuts are hand made and everything is fresh. And to top it off, they have a what’s called the Hammer, a cold brew coffee combined with chocolate milk making this place one of the best overall spots to visit in Ormond Beach! #foodie #travel #florida #donuts

Found yet another gem in Ormond Beach late this afternoon. It’s called Billy’s Tap Room and Grill. Great vibe and food looked amazing. Talked baseball, listened to local music, and enjoyed some tasty beer only blocks from the beach. #travel #beer #beachlife

The room was large, clean and quiet with a nice view. Bed was comfy. I think the front desk could have been better trained. Especially with the greeting/introductory portion. But overall a nice stay.
