“It was a safe place to stay overall, but the bottom of the pool was dirty with bugs floating on the surface, dead bugs all over the bedroom ceilings. We stayed there 3 nights and 4 days for the hot air balloon festival. The first day we washed our bathing suits in the bathroom sink and the plug wouldn't come back up. I told the front staff and they said it'd be fixed the next day. I asked every single day we were there to get it fixed and kept getting the same answer. It was still like that when……
