“We really wanted to give a better review. The resort is beautiful! However, the lack of service and sense of urgency when water was leaking into our suite from the suite above definitely changed our minds. The food was good, but not consistent. Service was very slow unless you tipped frequently and in large amounts. There is zero communication between departments so many of our requests fell through the cracks. We will not book this resort again but do plan to return to Jamaica.”
