The most relaxing resort stay I ever had in the Caribbean. No noise. Jungle setting was unique. Rooms (bungalow) was awesome experience. Staff was not in your face all the time and was there only when you wanted or needed them. Swim up bar was just the right size and setting for us. Kudos. I try all kinds of resorts but I may even be back here sooner rather than later.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms were well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool closing too early. If I’m on vacation I should be able to get in the pool at 11 pm and they should have staff to accommodate us, but they didn’t. The food was okay, in my opinion it could’ve been better.
