5/5 Stars: An Unforgettable Paradise with World-Class Hospitality! ​Our stay at Ocean Coral Springs Resort was extraordinary! The grounds were spotlessly clean, the pools were a blast, and the beach was immaculate. The water was so crystal-clear that watching tropical fish glide through the coral and rocks was pure magic. ​What truly made our trip unforgettable was the sensational team: ​Courtney (Bellhop): Welcomed us with radiant Jamaican love! When he noticed us still waiting for check-in hours later, he immediately took initiative, secured our room numbers, and brought our luggage up. The absolute best! ​Shandapaul (Coffee Shop): Memorized my order after just one visit! Stopping by after the sunrise made every morning brighter thanks to his kind, friendly spirit. ​Akiem (Italian Restaurant): So sweet and charismatic we ate there twice just for him! He even surprised us with a custom "Safe Travels Home" dessert written in chocolate. Top-notch service! ​Jahdel (Route 66): A beautiful soul who went above and beyond. When we couldn't get a Teppanyaki reservation, she secured one for us on the spot and even dropped by during our meal to check on us! ​Karol (Pool Bar): Our absolute favorite! He crafted the best drinks with the biggest, most infectious smile. His passion for making people happy is electric. ​We cannot wait to return to this paradise!

Clean and family friendly

If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself was a three bedroom two bathroom home clean and nicely decorated. There's also a washing machine.AC in the bedrooms and lots of fans in the rest of the house. The only thing I would say is there is no front desk so read the instructions they send shortly before your stay and call or text via whats App if you need to get in touch. Communication can be a little slow since its not a 24hr desk setup so get in touch early to clarify anything. The caretaker were very accommodating to our requests and we will definitely stay here again.
