Reading Vacations from $794

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Staff were excellent. Always wanting and willing to help. The entertainment "hype" crew kept you up to date and excited about events for the day and upcoming. The property is always being maintained daily, but the rooms are nothing to write home about. They are obviously just a place to put your belongings and maybe catch a few hours of sleep if able in those beds with super flat pillows. The food was ok. I for wish there was more availability and access to meals.

Rooms had an old hotel feel. Not quite what I thought it up to be seeing that it’s a relatively new hotel. The pool needed maintenance tiles missing the swim up bar was rusting . We got upgraded to the privilege but the even the bathroom you can see visible the caulking the mini bar fridge smelly musty like and old home that’s been locked up I just felt like its overall poor hotel maintenance. The buffet ran out of items while staff in the buffet stood their talking on their AirPods. The butler services are top tier. NAZWA is fantastic and so was OKIENE. Their was some bartenders who was so wonderful and just overall welcoming. But the hotel can do with some touch up. It’s can be an amazing hotel just with some minor repairs
