If offered room 30 RUN by all means! The room is located directly over the 24 hr sports bar so sleeping is impossible, the view is obstructed, and to top it off the room has ROACHES! When we complained they sent up housekeeping with a can of insect spray and of course on the last day we saw more ROACHES so, now we have to FUMIGATE our luggage before going home. So for CLEANLINESS ZERO STARS! Then we were locked out of our room for an hour sitting on the floor due to the door pad disengaging because the battery died, and there was only 1 technician for the entire property. However, the entertainment & activities were very fun and engaging! Staff were very accommodating, helpful, and informative! Leo, Demario Rolly Polly and many others were wonderful. This resort left a bad taste in my mouth, There was very little regard for our complaint, and without a room change due to spring break, I absolutely will not book again. The television in our room also did not work the entire stay. We reported the issue to the service desk several times each day, but an IT technician didn’t come until the night before we checked out. When you book a room, you expect the amenities to work. We were told they tried to call us, but we shouldn’t have to stay in the room all day waiting for maintenance while we’re on vacation. We should be able to enjoy the beach and the resort, not sit around waiting for someone to fix a television. At night we like to relax and watch local shows after a long day, and unfortunately we didn’t get to do that during our stay. Overall, it was frustrating and not the experience we expected."
