“Landed early and I wasnt able to check in until 3 so I was outside for 3 hours. When I checked in the room was clean it was over powering with bleach. I wasnt a fan of the bathroom . Also the flights up the steps for the roof top is a bit much gota invest in an elevator its also not safe if u are wet. But the staff was great and sweet. Marlon look care of me when I hurt my foot. The front desk were very helpful they hold ur luggage if need be. Bartender Ojay who is no longer there was amazing.……

“The two pools are nice, the staff are friendly & helpful, and I like having a balcony. Breakfast (stew fish and an omelet) was delicious! This property is NOT on the beach—you can walk a couple of blocks to get to a tiny sliver of beach. We started walking to Doctors Cave and were accosted by so many people on the first stretch of the busy road that we decided not to go and returned to the property. The beds were comfy and the AC worked, but there were issues with our room. The water didn’t……

“One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Although we originally planned for four nights, we had to leave after three due to an emergency and fly back to the States. The staff overall were wonderful. We especially loved the courtesy and service from the buffet restaurant team—they were warm, attentive, and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. “This was not a hotel but a motel. It was not as described on the website. Customs officers at the airport never heard of the hotel and had to look it up The bathroom was subpar. No where to hang your clothes, only one chair, the bedroom door had holes that you could see outside. The was no changing of linen until you asked for it and then they exchanged it when you gave them your previous towel. There was only one bin which was in the bathroom. If you were expecting to get a good night sleep……

“The First Lady that check me in was ok but the second day and on lady was very rude and it’s a older lady from the first one so i don’t know what’s her problem,no hot water ,no,no ac,no wifi ect ect”

“They was not any bed spread provided for one of the bed. The room -the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh. The flooring need cleaning The electronic not functional period. The bathroom shower dirty. The walls was stripping and needs of painting. The windows shows mold and grime No bathroom soap was provides The kitchen no soap was provides until later the following day smh. Things to wash pons and plates wasnt……

“The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . ”
