The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The hotel room was spacious, view to the pool and comfortable bed. The restaurants are awesome too we celebrated my husband 50th at the Steakhouse. The main buffet in the adults side was divine, great food and choices. "It was our first time in Jamaica and we had the absolute best time . The resort was very affordable and the food was excellent. And the staff , wow! The staff made our experience all the more pleasant . Especially Loretta ( the gyal with the biggest batty and personality) 😂 , Lauryn and Jaden were super friendly and Keino the bartender was a joy to be around . All in all the trip was a great experience and we will definitely be returning ."

"We had the superior room suite which has exceptional views of the ocean. We highly recommend that. The hotel is right on the hip strip which allows you walk to doctor’s caves, incredible food spots and other great places. The pool is amazing and has great view as well. We loved the Jamaican breakfast in the morning and the exceptional service provided. The staff was accommodating to our needs and the space was very clean and safe."

No central a:c so you need to use 2 fans blowing from the bed room to cool
