Beach View - Kingsdown Resort

  • Beach View is a picturesque, timber lodge-style chalet set within a holiday park in the popular village of Kingsdown. Sleeping six comfortably, there is a double bedroom with kingsize bed and a twin room upstairs, along with a toilet and wash basin.
    Downstairs, there is a third bedroom housing bunk beds, a bathroom, kitchen and open plan lounge/dining room. The chalet is fully equipped with tv; dvd; Freeview; power shower; oven; hob; washing machine and dishwasher and is fully equipped with all the utensils and other items you could possibly need for your stay. Bed linen and towels are also available to hire.
    Out the back there is a beautiful decked terrace with bbq and dining set, where you can eat while gazing at the stunning coastal views.
    To the front, the chalet enjoys charming views of the holiday park and to the side is a well-maintained children's play park. Also on site is a swimming pool, bar/lounge; table tennis and tennis courts.*Please be aware the stairs are steep.
    Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the park.
    **Early check-in/late check-out available at cleaners' discretion, charged at £10 per hour.

This was a beautiful spot for a few days away as a family of four. The accommodation was ideal, with all the comforts needed for a relaxed break. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the sea & beyond. We loved our 3 days here and cannot wait to come back again soon

Our stay at Kingsdown was magical. These chalets are a wee hidden gem close to Deal. Number 19 is clean, tidy and decorated in a modern "scandi" way. Reanne was a fantastic host. I couldn't fault our stay and would highly recommend visiting.

A beautiful little home with amazing views of the lovely beach. Fantastic pool which was a favourite with our kids. Family friendly, welcoming site which was very peaceful. The location amd facilities onsite are brilliant. The accommodation is small but worked well for us all. We had a small issue while there, but it was sorted out really quickly. The only negative was the cleanliness of the hut, especially the bathrooms.

Lovely chalet. Everything we needed and more. Beautiful outside seating area with view of the sea. The holiday park is well-run and has a nice atmosphere with guests respecting each other. The swimming pool is excellent and the other activities also fun. It's really well situated for many points of interest. Definitely great for English Heritage membership. Dover Castle is impressive with so much to do. Good places to eat out too.Our host was friendly and easy to communicate with and gave us very helpful information about all the facilities. Definitely would recommend.

We had a fab time , the chalet was great. Super impressed with the kitchen everything you could need was there. It was great to sit out on the decking and be able to see my daughter playing and listen to the sea . The facilities on the park were good. Felt very safe here and the staff were very friendly. Absolutely stunning

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The sea views were amazing and the fact that the beach was in walking distance was even better. The on site facilities were good to have access to, though we preferred to explore our surroundings instead. Supermarkets were within 2 to 3 miles from the accommodation which was handy. The people on the grounds and in the local area were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be revisting.
